During his 24-year naval career, Nap excelled in many roles, including serving as Leading Chief in Specialized Diving Division, Navy Diving and Salvage Training Center, Navy Mine Counter Measure (MCM) Leading Chief for 7th Fleet Waterborne Mine Response in the Western Pacific Theater, and EOD Program Manager for Center for EOD and Diving. His extensive operational experience includes multiple combat deployments to Iraq, where he was deployed and supported operations in critical regions such as Mosul, Tikrit, Bakubah, and Samarra.
Nap’s leadership is grounded in a strong academic foundation with a Bachelor of Science in Organizational Leadership from the University of Charleston, WV. His career has taken him to diverse locations worldwide, where he has accumulated a wealth of experience that now drives his strategic vision at ECF GOV.
His background in Navy EOD (Explosive Ordnance Disposal) and his deep understanding of operational excellence inform his approach to leadership and product development, ensuring that ECFGOV remains at the forefront of the industry.
